Our Unit fully complies with the terms and conditions of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, in order to safeguard the fundamental rights of citizens.

The European General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) is the latest development in a series of EU legislation, "on the protection of individuals against the processing of personal data and on the free movement of this data ”.

Ω"Personal Data" refers to the recorded information that can be used to identify a natural person. This information, in addition to the name and surname, can be the TIN, AMKA, e-mail, telephone number, photos, Medical file, etc.

The processing of your personal data is governed by these terms, by the relevant provisions of the Greek and Community legal framework for data protection, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) and the relevant decisions, guidelines and regulations issued by the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
